Merle is interested in following up the idea of talking with
your brother at HP, about setting up counseling services for
employees (marriage & family counseling).

This could perhaps pattern itself along the lines of the
alcohol counseling programs that many companies have already
initiated, and for pretty much the same reasons:  an
individual's problems affect his job performance.

Could you mention this to your brother, and send me a note
